Pinterest Launches a Creator Fund to Pay Influencers

When they introduced Story Pins at their first-ever Creators Festival, Pinterest explained that it was part of an effort to encourage more native content within the platform. Now, they’ve taken it a step further by launching a creator fund, which will offer influencers compensation for their content—starting with creators from underrepresented communities. In order to access the funds, they must pledge to adhere to the Creator Code, agreeing to be kind, check facts, be sensitive to triggers, practice inclusion, and ensure the safety of any challenges or CTAs. Expect to see even more unique content on Pinterest as influencers get creative.
