Influencer marketing news moves at the speed of social media. Every platform update, algorithm tweak, and current event makes a huge difference to the influencer marketer. We’ll help you keep up.
Influencers are multifaceted individuals with more than one interest, no matter their niche. They have many different interests, hobbies, and passions: some more unexpected than others. Sometimes, it’s important to make sure that their other interests don’t clash with your brand’s values. For example, imagine that your brand makes clothing marketed to mothers, so you might want to find influencers who are interested in fashion, but not marijuana—in Julius, you can filter for just that! After you add the Fashion interest tag, click “Add Filter,” select the Interest filter, find the Function Box, toggle over to “None,” and search for “marijuana.” Click “Save,” and you’ll see this result. Take a look at this Help Center article to learn more about Influencer Tags, and how they can help you vet potential partners in a snap.
Creator snapshotJessie Diaz-Herrera (@curveswithmoves, 20.8K IG followers) began dancing at five years old, but unfortunately, her career was interrupted by a teacher who told her at just 12 years old that she was “too fat to dance.” After surviving an eating disorder, Diaz-Herrera has reclaimed her journey, and shares her story to inspire both her followers and pupils at her dance studio in New York. She combines hip-hop choreography and fitness to create a fun, empowering, body-positive environment that welcomes women of all sizes and ethnicities.
