It might be the sweltering heat wave driving ice cream sales, but the beloved dessert manufacturer Häagen-Dazs claims that influencers are also responsible for their spike in Amazon orders. By collaborating with a variety of influencers for their 'Secret Sofa' series, the brand leaned into at-home entertainment (overriding seasonal norms because of COVID) to develop content that speaks directly to their consumers' behaviors.
